Additional Requirements	A current, valid and unrestricted license as a registered nurse Personal essay that describes your academic objectives Current resume or curriculum vitae Two letters of recommendation (one must be from a supervisor) that address your leadership potential and ability to succeed in graduate-level work One year of current direct-care clinical nursing experience prior to starting clinical rotation Completed an approved undergraduate statistics course
State Licensure Requirements	Those applying to programs leading to licensure in states other than Pennsylvania must be aware of their state professional licensure requirements. Please check licensure requirements by state at CareerOneStop. Carlow’s online nursing programs are available to students who already possess an RN license. However, the applicant’s ability to pursue one of these degrees will depend on guidance from the state of licensure’s Board of Nursing.
