International Students

The online MS in Criminology and Criminal Justice program accepts international students, although they may have to meet specific requirements in order to enroll.

English Language ProficiencySAT, ACT, TOEFL or IELTS scores to verify English proficiency.
Official Transcript EvaluationOfficial evaluation by a current member organization of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).

You can find the list of current members at naces.org. Please request that the evaluation company send the official evaluation report directly to Carlow University.
PassportCopy of passport can be emailed to admissions@carlow.edu.
Notarized Affidavit of Support FormAll affidavits of support must be accompanied by an official/notarized bank or employer’s statement and must show evidence that the amount pledged is available. If a student has more than one sponsor, each sponsor must submit a Carlow notarized affidavit with an accompanying statement. Bank statements should be no older than six months.
