|English Language Proficiency*||SAT, ACT, TOEFL or IELTS scores to verify English proficiency.|
|Official Transcript Evaluation||Official evaluation by a current member organization of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES)|
You can find the list of current members at naces.org. Please request that the evaluation company send the official report directly to Carlow University.
|Passport||A copy of the passport can be emailed to email@example.com.|
|Notarized Affidavit of Support Form||All affidavits of support must be accompanied by an official/notarized bank or employer’s statement and show evidence that the amount pledged is available. If a student has more than one sponsor, each sponsor must submit a Carlow notarized affidavit with an accompanying statement. Bank statements should be no older than six months.|
*If you have earned at least 24 or more credits with a “C” or better from an accredited U.S. college or university (excluding ESL courses), you may be exempt from submitting test scores.
